What:
For p:ear gallery’s fifth anniversary, we are pleased to present Mona Superhero, pioneer of utility tape portraiture. p:ear gallery is the format in which Portland’s homeless and transitional youth are able to shed their “homeless” identity and instead be integrated into our city’s vibrant arts scene. Superhero’s work is daring and humorous, colorful and rich, all from the readily accessible material of utility tape. Her work lends itself to the innovative and creative talents of p:ear youth, creating a show which celebrates ingenuity, craft and unabashed style.

“Idle Hands” runs through May 25th. Hours are First Thursday April 5th, 6:00p.m. - 9:00p.m., Tuesday - Saturday 11:00a.m. - 2:00p.m., or by chance or appointment.
