p:ear has formed many relationships with other community programs to enable staff to refer youth to the appropriate services. These include medical care, sexual minority resources, drug/alcohol treatment facilities, Oregon Identification Cards, food handler cards, housing, clothing, personal care products, hygiene facilities, employment opportunities, English as Second Language, legal assistance and eye care.
