Every day, Homeless Youth Enter Through Our Doors And We Share

We offer warmth. We receive trust, humor and gratitude. With your help, we build love and hope for a different future.

Maybe clattering down a sidewalk on my board. Or sleeping in a doorway or hunkering under a hoodie in the rain. Look me in the I, and you’ll see an artist wielding a brush, a student hungry to learn, an athlete ready to climb. See me the way p:ear sees me: strong and vibrant. In p:ear I find love, hope and trust.

My heart steadies. My mind blooms. I look myself in the I and see all that I can be—despite history, despite odds. In part because I am tenacious. In part because of p:ear.

Support from people like you are what makes p:ear’s work so transformative for our over 760 enrolled youth. There are many ways to give to p:ear this holiday season. Make a one-time donation through the Willamette Week's Give!Guide, or give a small amount year-round when you sign up as a p:ear core member (our monthly giving club). Check out our website’s “donate supplies” page to offer up needed items, or make p:ear the recipient of a holiday party fund drive!
