p:ear is hiring a p:ear Bike Works Program Coordinator

p:ear Bike Works is looking for a dynamic individual to manage, grow and help develop our social purpose enterprise community bike shop. In partnership with the Rosewood Initiative, p:ear Bike Works will help support Portland’s Eastside communities, providing low cost, low barrier access to bike education, repair and sales of refurbished bicycles and parts. Our shop is located within the Rosewood Initiative building at 16126 SE Stark St.

p:ear is looking for a board treasurer

p:ear seeks board members who are dedicated to the mission of the organization, and who will actively participate in providing expertise, skills and financial support to ensure the growth and sustainability of p:ear.

We are SO EXCITED to announce the opening of p:ear Bike Works, our new bike repair and repurposed bike shop in East Portland. We are pleased to partner with The Rosewood Initiative in our efforts to help support the transportation and recreational needs of this vibrant community.

Beginning June 14th, p:ear Bike Works will be open on Thursdays and Fridays from 11am-5pm, and Saturdays from 10am-4pm. We are located at 16126 SE Stark St. (Note that the entrance is behind The Rosewood Initiative building, one block south of Stark St.)

p:ear Bike Works mechanics (graduates from our Bike Mechanic School!) will be eager to help you with all of your bicycle needs, so drop on by to make your bike happy again!
