We're seeking an experienced, creative, and equity-minded Development Director! As a central member of the p:ear community committed to social justice and equity, the Development Director will be a dedicated, values-driven member of our leadership team of four. As Development Director, you will collaborate with the p:ear team to lead and direct strategies to grow and sustain fundraising at p:ear. You will also oversee communications, working in partnership with the Marketing and Development Coordinator and a community of volunteers. Bike Works: Mechanic
Bike Works is looking for a dynamic mechanic to help grow our social purpose enterprise community bike shop. In partnership with the Rosewood Initiative, p:ear Bike Works will help support Portland’s Eastside communities, providing low cost, low barrier access to bike education, repair and sales of refurbished bicycles and parts. Bike Works: Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety & Education Outreach Coordinator
Bike Works is looking for an energetic self-starter with excellent communication, diplomacy and leadership skills, and commitment to contribute to Bike Works’ mission towards creating safer places to bike and walk for students and adults alike. The Outreach Coordinator will assist with planning, organizing and implementing SRTS curriculum at local schools, community events, community partner spaces, both in person and virtually. Additionally they will collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to develop lessons supporting SRTS programming; communicate and coordinate with community organizations and partners to support a variety of Bike Works initiatives.
